Meet Todd Machnik
Todd is the President of TODAY Real Estate. Prior to that, he served as the company’s Director of Operations and General Counsel. TODAY Real Estate was founded by Todd’s parents in 1985. In 2019, he and his brother Craig took ownership of the brokerage and now operate the company. Under their leadership, TODAY Real Estate has grown from four Cape offices to offices on Martha’s Vineyard and throughout Massachusetts. Their Western Massachusetts office serves Northern Connecticut. In addition, they have Sales Associates working in New Hampshire and Maine.
Todd grew up in the Town of Yarmouth and graduated from Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. He then earned his B.A. from Williams College and J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude.
After living in New York, Boston, and Milton, Todd returned to the Cape in 2003 to rejoin the family business. As a business leader, Todd recognizes the importance of community service, involvement, and support of local non-profits. He served as a director, secretary, and coach for the Barnstable Youth Basketball League; coached Barnstable Little League; was a past director of the Barnstable Village Civic Association; former Board Member and Board Chair of the Cape and Islands United Way. He is currently the President of the Cape and Islands Association of REALTORS, Inc., and also a Board Director for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, Inc.
