Valentina is an amazing realtor! She showed a high level of professionalism all throughout our experience. When things got rough she stuck by us made sure we were taken care of, even after the close of our home. I am so glad she was there for us. A reliable, trustworthy individual. Brad is a great real estate agent. He was always very responsive and helpful in answering our questions while my fiancee and I were looking for our first home. We were pretty active in our search, sometimes asking to see several houses in a day and he was very quick in scheduling a viewing for us. Brad was always available for answering questions, but wasn't pushy, which we really appreciated. He provided great input and tips on making good offers, and also seemed to have great rapport with all the selling realtors we dealt with. This gave us some extra info on what was important to the sellers and helping put together better offers.And when we did find our house, he gave some recommendations on inspectors and contractors for things we needed to work on. He even attended our closing and gave us a little housewarming gift!Overall we had a great experience with Brad, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone we know or to use him again if we are selling.

Seldom returned Emails with any promptness unless she saw any benifit for herself. Negotiating skills are far from desirable and for sure not professional by any means. I could never reccomend her.

Kris did an amazing job as our realtor! We weren't sure if we wanted to build a house or purchase and we were all over the metroplex in our interest in where we wanted to reside. Kris was patient with us while we figured it out. She never rushed us and was happy to show us any house in any area eventhough we could've made the decision to build at any time.We found our dream house and Kris was on it with the negotiations! Malika was amazing!! We moved from out of state and she has helped make the transition go smoothly. She helped us find the perfect house for us, kept us up to date on status of the house after a tornado, and has made sure the house is up to our standards quickly getting maintence out for any issues. Wilfredo did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our first home! His expertise in the market’s geographic area helped us determine a competitive purchasing price and helped us decide on the perfect home for us since he is also very knowledgeable in the different elements of these older homes (foundations, plumbing, etc).
