THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS GENUINE AND IMPECCABLERobert and Thomas are very experienced and professional, but most of all genuine. When we were selling our home, we were highly recommended to their company, especially since we are located out of state. They made us feel very comfortable during the selling process. Their marketing and staging tools used were excellent. We received weekly updates and their plan for the week on a regular basis. Communication was excellent either via telephone or email. They were always there for us. Since we put our house for sale when the real estate market started to slow down, it took several months to sell the house. During that period they kept encouraging us and made excellent recommendations which led to the sale. Also, during that period, one of friend became a handy man to take care of a small matter. (We are very grateful for his versatility, even though it does not state so in his degree. Thank you.) Closing the contract was very fast and easy due to their experience and expertise. We would highly recommend Robert and Thomas to anyone who is interested in either selling or buying real estate. Lastly, we would like to meet these fine gentlemen soon. Vignesh goes above and beyond for his clients.He guided and gave useful suggestions at each and every step from helping sell the old home to helping buy the new home including home viewing, design studio, mortgage process, electrical walkthrough, inspection, final walkthrough and closing.The best part about working with Vignesh was that his help and suggestions do not just stop at closing but he was accessible and helped resolved some of the post-closing questions like working with HOA. This review is long overdue as Nick helped us buy a house over a year ago. Nick found us the perfect house that I never would have even considered, but decided to check it out anyway. We instantly fell in love and knew we wanted the house. In October of 2021, competition was very steep. Fortunately, Nick was able to leverage his network and work with the seller to pinpoint exactly what price and special requests were needed to guarantee us a shot. It worked! We beat out seven or eight other offers and went into escrow quickly. Nick was with us every step of the way leading us and answering all of our questions.
