Missy is a joy to work with. Realtors are stuck with the unenviable task of helping people through some of the most financially difficult decisions of peoples lives, and that difficulty has a tendency of making people act nuts (ourselves included). Missy's perky mood, pleasant demeanor, and hard work helped us get through what had to be one of the more complex home sales in recent history. Missy is very familiar with the Minnetonka/Wayzata/Deephaven area. She has the experience behind her to speak intelligently about MN home buying/selling laws and all of the paperwork associated with the process. She has a very deep contact list of painters, chimney sweeps, sheetrock contractors, drain tile installers, roofers, critter control folks, and anything else you may need for your home. I'll never forget one day in particular when Missy, in a fit of trying to satisfy a particular potential home buyer, showed up at our house unannounced with arm loads of stuff she had purchased herself; gutter downspouts, Magic Erasers, light bulbs, cleaning supplies, and I don't know what else but she ran down the list of the potential buyer's needs and ticked them all off herself. (The potential buyer later purchased the house). You can't pay for that kind of service.We’ve now sold one home and bought another with Missy’s help, and we’ll use her again, if we can ever stomach moving another time. Thanks Missy!

We used Pete for our first home and dream home purchases. Can’t say enough about how knowledgeable Pete is with market trends and new home builds. We had our inspection go south on our sale home and Pete helped navigate us through that with success.

Cristy was a very wonderful realtor to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the current market and trends. She was very in tune to our desires in a future home. She was absolutely amazing with staging and prepping our home for sale. She was excellent when offers were made on our home with negotiations and getting as much as we could out of the sale of our home. She was very responsive and attentive to us during the entire process of selling and buying our home. I would use her again in the future and would highly recommend her.

Working with Nicole was the best real estate experience we’ve ever had. Nicole is extremely professional, knows the market very well, yet is so personable it’s like working with a close friend. The entire process could not have been easier for us. She took care of everything, literally. Nicole was super responsive and kept us engaged throughout the entire process. Any issues that arose (as they sometimes do), Nicole took charge of finding solutions. Nicole was able to get us from list to offer within three days, at a price higher than even we had anticipated. The showings, the staging, coordinating close, just everything was done so perfectly and professionally it felt too easy. Nicole is a true professional and we cannot recommend her more highly.

Destiny goes the extra mile. She even offered to come pick up some belongings left by the sellers after we had moved into the house. Destiny was communicative and engaging through the home buying process.

Laura was great to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and able to work out a solution when things went awry. Laura was very detailed and organized so we always knew where we were in the process and was able to answer any questions we had. If we are ever in the market again, we would definitely reach out to her again.
