Theron Johnson

Theron is the all time best!!! He has sold 2 of our family homes and we have bought 3 homes from him as well. During the buying process he was always ready to answer any questions and to go see any home we were interested in. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family.

This is the 2nd time I used Theron Johnson to buy and sell properties. He has a wonderful personal touch. He has met several members of my family and they all love him. When my daughter didn't have help moving he helped her. I think that the whole Thrive team loaded boxes into storage for her. Theron was honest and advised us when needed. I know that he will always keep in contact. With all of the emails and signing and paperwork, and headaches that I get with buying and selling, the Thrive team that I never met in person, was there to help. I will continue telling everyone how great Theron and Thrive are.

We selected Theron because we had not received results or communication from our original realtor. He sold our home in eight days. Our first realtor had it listed for five weeks. Theron immediate went to work. Photos, staging, communication after each prospective buyer, etc.He was patient with us as we are seniors and have not been involved with selling/buying for 25 years. So five+ stars all the way. Finally, he is just a great guy with a nice family.
