Tom Greene did an amazing job helping us buy our home in Savannah Lakes Village. He is very knowledgeable about the area and went far beyond the call of duty to help us with our long distance purchase. In fact, even after the sale closed he helped us line up contractors and repairmen. We highly recommend him for your home buying needs.

We worked with real estate agents from NC to FL looking for a home for the past 4 years. When we met Tom last year we found a true professional that most of all was a great listener. He understood what we were looking for and gave us a great range of options. He is polite, kind and very responsive. Any call or text was answered quickly. His knowledge of the area, its history and, most important, real estate values was superb. I now have relatives working with Tom looking for their new home!

We were recommended to Tom by a realtor who we knew originally from NJ where we are from. Tom was extremely responsive answering emails the same day we sent them. We went down to South Carolina to investigate Savannah Lakes Village in McCormick, SC, as a potential retirement home and Tom showed us homes we had seen on line so we could see them in person, but he also thought of showing us a model home which we fell in love with as well as wooded lots. Even though we had no intention of buying at this time Tom pointed us to a lot that was in the perfect location for us and we decided to make an offer and wound up buying it now and will build later when we retire in a few years. Tom was very gracious and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.
