Buying or selling your home in this crazy market? I highly recommend Sarah!! Sarah helped us in the sale of our first home and also buying our new home. She had so many great ideas on how to update our home to get the most out of our sale. She was always available and always offered help in getting things done when I was busy at work or with my kids. We sold over asking price after our first open house! Buying a new house is stressful in this market, but Sarah had many connections and got us into a few houses before they were even listed. We ended up finding a beautiful house that received many offers, but with Sarah’s help and her great negotiating skills, we were able to get an offer accepted on the first house we tried for! That is almost unheard of right now! She definitely has her clients best interest at heart and puts all she can into finding people the perfect home.
