Great. Two highlights: (1) one-stop solution, and (2) candor.(1) Seána recommended three lenders. We picked one we liked among them. We also shopped around outside Seána's rec for the loan, and found that Seána's rec was providing the best rate, and great service. Seána got the inspector, and Seána went to the inspection with the inspector in our absence. We went with Seána's recommended lawyers, who were a delight to work with as well. Seána also picked us up from our apartment (we both live in the same Boston neighborhood) to the showings, dropped us home, and ultimately to the lawyer's office for closing, which she absolutely didn't have to. Seána also went to some showings by herself with facetiming when we were out of town. Seána drove us around the neighborhood once we settled on the house before we made an offer. Seána also has recs for cleaners, plumbers, handymen, movers, second-hand furniture, and neighborhood-specific amenities, (she tells us which ones she trusts and which ones she has heard of in passing) that we will explore in the coming months. We loved the fact that once we realized we can trust Seána, we didn't have to worry about anything else.(2) We loved the fact that Seána was ready to reject houses for us. She dropped a house bec it was sad (which it was), a house bec of poor craftsmanship, and one where snow would impede access (we didn't even think of snow in Aug). When we rejected houses Seána liked, she asked polite, specific questions about why we rejected the place, and kept those factors in mind going forward. After we rejected a few houses and told her why, she suggested other neighborhoods where we might find houses that fit our need better, and we ultimately picked a house we liked.We closed this house 16 months after we first met Seána, and we never felt pressured to buy.
