She is patient and reassuring when a buyer- like myself- gets anxious about the process. She offers her advice when asked, and it is always very good advice. She is not out for a commission. She is out to put you in a home you will love. She sent me updates as soon as new inventory hit the market. She helped me construct an offer that got me the house, when there were multiple other parties making offers. She guided me through the whole closing process, and provided connections to everyone from closing attorneys to inspectors. No conflicts of interest- just the best people. She was available night and day, weekdays and weekends- even on her Mom's birthday. Her support staff is also outstanding. Even after closing she made it clear that she would be available if I had any questions. A true professional. You will be lucky to get her services to help you get the home you are looking for.
