Sharon was a pleasure to assist us in the purchase of our home. We were relocating from Arizona and needed a professional with knowledge as well as support since we were not local thru our search and purchase process. She’s was involved as needed and very responsive to us. We have relocated many times thru the years and it was great to have a person like Sharon to be there for us.
We started working with Sharon 4 years before we actually purchased. We knew what we wanted right down to the specific street we wanted to be on. He was patient, responsive and showed us every house that came on the market even if it didn’t have one of our “must haves”. She kept in contact with us for 4 years until finally “the house” came on the market. We had it under contract within 24 hours of it being listed. It was a new area for us, over an hours drive from where we previously lived, she provided us with contacts for a lawyer, home inspector, insurance and everything we needed. Not that we plan to move but if we do I’d use Sharon again and definitely would recommend her í
Sharon provided good services finding the property for me and help to buy it. She understood from the very beginning what we are looking for, and started feeding us with options on the market.
