Sean Federowicz was an exceptional help during our process of purchasing a vacation home, and from the beginning to the end went above and beyond the call of duty. Our search process covered multiple years as we continued to revisit the idea of purchasing a vacation home, and each summer when we took time to see more potential homes Sean had selected many potential properties that fit our needs and enabled us to see those properties efficiently. He had exceptional knowledge of the island and the trends in the local real estate market. While viewing homes on the island he often made mention of potential issues he identified, prompted questions of the listing agent of relevant issues, and was able to provide us with the sense of what the accurate market value was for each property. Leading up to the closing he was in constant contact with us to resolve the issues that naturally arise as a closing approaches, and provided references to local inspectors, contractors, lenders, and even an attorney that we found exceptionally well skilled. The day of the closing he arranged a great list of contacts for us that would be needed as soon as we obtained the property. He spend the entire day of closing with us facilitating meetings with local handymen, landscaping help, marketing groups providing rental listing services, and other essential services. If all that was not enough, he even helped us move a mattress into the property that was delivered….truly beyond all expectations of what a real estate agent does for a client.
