Olivia did a fantastic job selling our condo!! We had so much confidence in her ability to represent us that we could be really hands off- which we needed as we’re so busy with work and a new baby. She sent us regular updates. She had the added complexity of having to coordinate with our tenants who were given notice, she had great rapport with them instantly and was there every step of the way to ensure a successful process! It was a tough market and she managed to secure a contract and complete the sale within days of them moving out. Super impressive work and I’ve already recommended her to whomever I know is looking to either buy or sell.
Olivia was outstanding in the purchase of our home. My husband and I both have demanding jobs which meant Olivia had to work around our busy schedules, often at odd hours and with short notice to accommodate us. She provided regular updates, without us needing to prompt her and gave us sound advice in the home inspection and price negotiation processes. Was not shy in negotiating with seller agents and making us confident with our offers. Found an answer to any questions she did not know the ansert to quickly, through her network. Olivia is also very personable and reassuring for buyers in what is often a stressful time. She has also been very considerate post-purchase and has a good network of vendors. Fully recommend!!
