Simply stated... Michael is the best real estate agent ever! Recently, I had to sell my mother's house. He was so in tune with not just the "nitty gritty" of the sale process start to finish, but also the emotional impact. His lengthy experience, professionalism, patience, and kindness were evident in every way.Michael is diligent, reliable, thorough and incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. He goes above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process. When we had some initial worries that my mother's house may have had an additional bedroom that we knew was just a family room, Michael was helpful in contacting the town health director.Michael has a wealth of referral resources. (He gives new meaning to the phrase: "So I know a guy who can help.") He provided numerous referrals and had back-up contingencies for any possible glitches. The photographers he utilized to showcase my mother's house were excellent. He facilitated septic inspection referrals for us. When the inspection was scheduled, Michael was there to calm me when there was a problem. He purchased the new smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors and installed them. He then met with the fire inspector. His hands-on approach of being available definitely has a calming effect as you deal with the anxieties of selling a home.Bottom line- Michael is "top notch" as a real estate agent and an even finer human being! If I could, I would give Michael 10 stars.

One could not ask to work with a realtor who was more responsive, courteous, or pleasant than Mr. Lotane. To say nothing about his efficiency or effectiveness. The property had become stressful for a 98+ year old to deal with and he could not have been more helpful given the situation. If anybody were interested in property in the Cape / Plymouth area, Michael should be the go-to, hands-down choice for a realtor! People like him are hard to find. 10 STARS
