Lin is absolutely fantastic. We bought a home through her almost 5 years ago and she made the process very simple while caring for every detail. Though years have past, I continue to keep in touch with Lin, and whenever I need something (local repair person, someone to do tile....) she still helps me and is extremely responsive. I typically don't recommend people, but I would highly recommend Lin.

Lin was excellent at guiding us through our first home sale. Her knowledge of the area market helped us find the right listing price and from there she was great at lining up open houses and showings. We are not local to the property, so we had to lean on Lin to line up some repairs and maintenance following the home inspection. She always came through and got us to the finish line. This was our second time working with Lin, the first was as buyers. She was equally great on that side of a deal.
