Karen did an outstanding job with the sale of our condo in Orleans, MA. The whole process from listing to closing took a little over two months. This was our third opportunity we had to work with Karen. Karen handled everything for us since we live out of the area. While we were searching, Karen provided appropriate houses for us to consider. In a very timely manner, she brought to our attention a home with a price drop (into our price range). She also was helpful in identifying a variety options for home inspection, attorneys, insurance, etc. Very helpful!!
