Meet Jeanne Gleason
As a 2nd generation Realtor, it is my pleasure to continue to provide respectful and responsible real estate service to buyers and sellers of all needs. Lifestyles are different! But there is a home and location to suit all needs and any lifestyle. In most cases, our homes are the largest investment we make and are also the place we spend the most personal time - our "havens" in the busy lives we lead! I understand and respect those two very important aspects, both as a real estate agent and as a homeowner myself. With an ethic rooted in the basics of good business, I am pleased to maintain a well respected reputation with buyers, sellers, real estate attorneys, lenders, and within the real estate community itself. I work hard to provide a satisfying real estate "adventure" to all clients. Buying or selling a property can involve times of stress, of course. My mission is to use my experience of 20+ years to relieve any stressful moments for buyers and sellers in a reliable and friendly manner, and lead the way for clients through a successful transaction to reach their individual goals. Brian Weiner was absolutely amazing, incredibly hard working, dedicated, and promptly responsive to texts and phone calls even on the weekends. We had a unique situation living in Texas for winter months. He managed taking care of of everything necessary in our absence as if it was his house, including taking care of some maintainance issues, staging, and making the house perfectly ready for sale. He was even able to get an offer in a short time before we returned home! He carried out all necessary negotiations efficiently with the buyer's agent in a friendly manner. It was indeed a great pleasure to work with Brian like a close friend, and would strongly recommend him for any real estate needs in Western MA.
Brian was very helpful and professional. He was always on top of all aspects of my listing and was great at communicating throughout the process including my long distance closing.
