John made the process easy by setting up meetings with inspectors and contractors. We looked at many properties and John stayed positive and helpful the whole time, he also was willing to give his honest opinion even if it meant passing on a property. Even after a successful purchase he is there to answer any questions we have. Very responsive and would highly recommend him!

It took us a while to find the right home to retire to. We even went under contract on two homes that just did not work out. John stuck with us throughout the whole process. We expected some of our "perfect home" criteria to be sacrificed a little, but that has not been the case. We search and searched but with Johns help and determination we found our perfect home in the mountains!
