We finally found the diamond in the rough for Vineyard Realtors! Emma was awesome, after losing a few houses with another agency we found Emma, and being an islander, she knows everyone and everything about the island! We put a very creative deal together which was the deciding factor in securing our property. During the closing, she was over the top proactive in working with the seller's agent, the bank, the surveyor (who she knows), the even the utility company to ensure we would have access to a Eversource transformer. I might just sell this property and find another so we can work together again:-) You will not find anyone more upbeat and positive than Emma, Thank You again!

Emma is such a lovely, lovely person and agent. She was so generous with her time, meeting us at every house we wanted to see. She pays attention in the most gracious way. She picked up on things about our likes and dislikes we might not have been able to articulate to her. We were always met with a smile and curiosity for what we were thinking. We have so much gratitude for her. She worked so hard to help us buy our dream home. She made it so seem easy and seamless. Nothing seemed to phase her. Every question we had was answered. We trusted Emma completely and appreciated all the recommendations for the others we needed to work with throughout the entire process.
