He's a gem! I say that sincerely! I have known Eric for nearly 12 years. He has always been responsible and conscientious and gentlemanly. This year, we asked him to be our agent in finding a condo in Chicago. Since we came in from out of town, he planned an entire day of showings for us. He chauffeured us to every site, shared his insights and knowledge (he knows Chicago so well!) and in the end, we found our perfect condo that day alone! But his help did not end there. Red is FANTASTIC! My wife and I recently bought a home in Dedham.Red was able to help us every step of the way. When negotiations on one property broke down because the seller was stubborn, Red advised us to move on with our search. She took us out on a Friday night to see several more homes and we found the one we fell in love with...at a much better price than the house we had been negotiating on before!
