Erik was great! He was very responsive, understood our needs and made great efforts to show us a range of apartments that would fit our needs. He was professional, friendly, easy going and never pushed. Ultimately, Erik found us a great apartment within a couple of weeks of initially looking. I would highly recommend him as a broker.

Kathy and her whole team were great! We are purchasing a new house in Nevada and had to submit a rather large deposit to start the build. During our sell, our first buyers backed out which was very stressful. If our sale did not go through, we would have lost our deposit. Kathy was very calming and was able to obtain a new buyer within a few days. Our house sold within two weeks. Kathy negotiated a great deal not only price but in escrow terms as well.
