These Ladies are surely exceptional. Very well knowledgeable in their field and full of great tips and information. Response time is exceptional. Both Julie and Lindsay devoted so much of their time and were very on point. They make you feel extremely comfortable and understand searching for a home can be stressful. They have so much experience and are very familiar with the area, which is a bonus. We really enjoyed working with both Julie and Lindsay.

Jill Gunnerson has helped me sell 2 properties in the last year. She works non-stop on marketing, and she negotiates effectively. As a result, each property sold in a week or less, for the price I was hoping to get. I spotted my dream getaway property soon after it went on the market, and knew I would have to move fast. Barbara called me back within minutes and sent detailed information via email right away. As a buyer, I knew that I could secure a buyer's agent, but Barbara was so professional as well as cordial that I trusted her implicitly. She did of course make me aware of my rights as a buyer at every turn. Prompt, courteous, responsive, and trustworthy are just a few superlatives that describe her. She is an excellent negotiator, and I am very satisfied with my transaction. Absolutely no regrets! Barbara even supplied a lead on a farm tractor when it became clear in the negotiation that the sellers did not want to part with theirs. Finally on the day that furniture was being delivered to the new place, Barbara showed up with a housewarming gift. I offer her my highest recommendation as a buyer, and absolutely recommend her to any seller. She will represent you very well.

Ron is very ethical and honest. He works for the customer and is not afraid to tell the truth. I found out that this definitely is not the norm. I will definitely use him again. He also has an artistic eye and knows what homes will be a long term good investment.Dan DeLorenzo
