Cait Graves

Working with Cate was wonderful. She doesn't push, is incredibly patient, has a great sense of humor and is so easy to work with. And, we found the perfect house!

Cait Graves did a wonderful job in our home search across a few towns and a few months. She also helped a great deal with closing procedures and recommendations for local lawyers and home inspectors and other needs. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Cait was Amur buyers agent which was very important given that we were house hunting from outside the area. She went above and beyond on all matters.

Cait was amazing during my home buying experience, very knowledgeable and always ready to help. I am very satisfied with her help throughout the process, I highly recommend her.

Cait was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and process. She listened to our needs and gave us good ideas and info. She was very flexible in showing us the places we needed to see. She was prompt in answering any questions we had and was in timely contact with all involved with the closing process to ensure it went smoothly.
