She also helped a great deal with closing procedures and recommendations for local lawyers and home inspectors and other needs. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Cait was Amur buyers agent which was very important given that we were house hunting from outside the area. She went above and beyond on all matters.

Cait is an awesome real estate agent. We live out of state and only had a 3 day window to find a house on the Cape. Cait scheduled us to see almost 20 houses in a two day period! She was honest and told us the pros and cons of each house. She has lived on the Cape for over 30 years and is well connected.
