Alexis was incredibly thorough in keeping us informed and up-to-date throughout the process. She was thoughtful in anticipating our needs, patient in explaining every aspect, and knew what pitfalls to help us avoid, even when we didn't! Looking out for our interests was her priority from our initial viewing of the house to the closing. She responded promptly to any questions we had and worked well with our attorney, our mortgage lender and the seller's agent. In addition, Alexis is a very pleasant person to work with and this resulted in a very smooth process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
