If I needed someone to do a minor repair before I listed they were there. From the staging of the home to the closing , I felt supported. Not to mention the fact that they both are knowledgeable the Cape Cod market and real estate law. I highly recommend this team fro your selling or buying needs.

Amy is amazing to work with! This was our 2nd and 3rd purchase/sale with her and I will never use anyone else. She is extremely knowledgeable about houses and what to look for as a buyer. She does not hesitate to get right in there and thoroughly check out basements, attics, electric panels, furnaces, etc. She is professional at all times, even when dealing with difficult issues. She gives an honest opinion when a buyer is making decisions. The first day we met her, she told my daughter and I, we should not buy the property we were viewing and we have trusted her since! She has helped us through each step of purchasing and selling with tons of knowledge and skill. She responds promptly and with a positive attitude to our endless texts and calls.

Amy and Jenn totally exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were high to begin with.I initially had a slight hesitation about working with a duo, but it was seamless. As a general comment, Amy and Jenn were outstanding communicators, always kept us informed, and were always available to us on short notice. They were so clear and convincing in their advice to us, they gave us exactly what we needed: a seasoned expert in selling homes on the Cape.They were on top of every detail from the start. They were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.And I cannot say enough about how glad we are that we opted for the 3% commission because they took care of so many day-to-day issues involving items in the house, disposal of items, donations, etc. They saved us so many miles of travel back and forth to the Cape.
