We worked with the Gustafsons for almost 9 months to find the perfect house for us. It was a long and arduous process in this market, but Adam's patience and frank advice was just what we needed. He was a great resource on the many showings we went to, always quick to identify the good and the bad and ensure we did our due diligence on a property. Kate's communication and planning kept us efficient along the way. It finally paid off when we closed on our house and we couldn't be happier with the results and the way they negotiated and fought for us to the very end (particularly after a tough final walk through experience). Adam and Kate did a great job working with myself and my wife over an extended time span in trying to find the best vacation property for us. They were always concerned primarily with what was best for us as opposed to their gain in closing on a property. If a sale did not materialize they showed great concern for us and our well being. Always about us not about them. They were caring, sensitive and competent. Their many suggestions and advise were always appreciated. Whatever we asked for was taken care of including requests for multiple visitations to a property. They guided us efficiently through the entire process of a sale. I would highly recommend them.
