I met Amanda while looking through Zillow listings. I was not pre approved at first but Amanda guided me on the steps to get there and reached out again later on to see if I was successful in pre approval. From there Amanda spent time looking for houses in my price range and spent multiple days doing multiple showings to me of various houses within my price range that were also close to my place of work. Once I had made an offer on a place Amanda made the paperwork simple and easy and was there when I had any questions or concerns regarding any step of the process or clarity on any of the paperwork. Amanda was present at all the major moments including showings, inspection, and final walk through. Once I closed on the house Amanda was still communicative to make sure I was settling in well and in case there may have been any issue upon arrival at the new place. I would highly recommend Amanda as she is very knowledgeable and takes her time through the process. Amanda doesn't rush and always more concerned about what's in the clients best interest rather than making a sale. I felt very comfortable with Amanda and I felt as a first time home buyer that I wasn't just another sale but rather a person who needed expertise in an area that I didn't quite excel in.
