Let me introduce myself...

I, Sandra Thell, became a full time resident of Cape Cod in the 1980's and a licensed real estate agent in 1986 after having lived and worked in Boston MA as a Systems Analyst and Systems and Database support person for “Commercial Union Assurance Company” and “The Boston Companies”. 

I have experienced various sales, marketing and management styles, having worked in real estate for “Dunes Marketing (selling new construction condominiums at Ocean Edge Resort properties in Brewster MA), “Coldwell/Banker” (a national real estate chain), “Realty Executives” ( a national real estate chain of independent agents) and 2 small independently owned offices.

Recruited by Today Real Estate in September of 1995, I am now a Senior Associate, company "Mentor" , have a Massachusetts Broker's license and am a Massachusetts Notary living in the town of Yarmouth. Currently I work as a listing agent handling residential properties and as a “Buyer's agent” for select clients.
