Joe Perdue of Today Real Estate
Joe has been with Today Real Estate for 8 years and has had a residence in Brewster since 1978. Prior to coming to the Cape full-time in 2002 and joining Today, he was a marketing and sales executive with Bristol-Myers and Revlon in New York. He has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in the several towns that make up the mid-Cape and has successfully represented multiple buyers and sellers from Orleans to Barnstable.
