He is calm, patient, has a good sense of humor and is honest and straight forward. We experienced a problem with our original lender and Tim immediately had a local recommendation that actually turned out better than the original mortgage company. He was also involved in working out some difficulties regarding the property lot and title issues. I don't think we would have closed on our "dream house" without Tim.
